Was a fairly good game last night. Credit to Porto as they came out and were playing 3 up at most points of the game, and have a very very fast forward line which isnt the best with Hyypia playing!!

Team did well though, and was just a case of making that break through for the second goal, as the space opened up after that went in.

Hopefully now we can get a win in Marsaille, as the Porto game should of been the toughest out of these 3 we needed to win IMO.

Yeah agreed about porto being toughest, I think we'll be ok in marseille tbh, team have confidence back and players have steeped up there game big time of late.

I said in a thread I think it was pre besiktas that we would go on a run of 7 wins in all comps hope so

Yeah, someone said it on one of the Liverpool forums aswell about the 7 games upto the United game, said we'd win them all and qualify for the next round of the CL and be ready for United at Anfield.

torres was outstanding again last night but also finnan and Arbeloa played out of there boots to. Crouch gave us a totally different approach when he came on, and i must say he has massively improved over the last couple of months and lastely is good to see harry back in the side

Ill set the vids up in a bit, they aint very good taken on my mobile but we shall see

must admit...Hyypia should be movin on coz hes kinda crap noo! if he scores..its own goals.. glad to see us win another champs league game...if we fail to win in France a think its bye bye Rafa! and then half our team...

If he left then we'd be fucked rright now, as we've no one else. Plus even if he didnt play much at all next season, his experience and knowledge would be great to have around the training ground for the few youngsters we've got coming through in CD (Hobbs, San Jose, Huff, etc.)

Agreed that he shouldnt really be in the team though.

well with Rafas rift wi these American owners....a dont think they r gna stand for Liverpool bein out champions League already...a want rafa to stay as hes a great manager...but u dont know what these Americans are thinkin!

why would u wana sack a Manager thats got you to 2 Champions league finals in 3 years?? and won 1 of them! the Americans would be crazy to sack um!
