had the car back from the rebuild a day or so and it doesnt like running
takes ages to fire into life and when started runs like there's no AFM on, really intermittent and coughy,
if i keep my foot on then gas it'll run but cutout when i take off.
Was driving along on a short burst too and the car just died then suddenly sprang back into life with a massive bang
any ideas?
need help asap due to needing to travel to MOT monday

I thought it couldbe overfuelling a load so im resetting the ecu and will see what its like in the morning....
was fine at Vsport, on the rolling road and on the drive home.
Havnt even looked at the car until tonight when i was going to take it on like a 6 mile drive to help bed it in. gutted.

check that the copper end of the rotor arm is not cracked or worn too much and the same for the 4 points in the cap.

cant get the fooking cap off as i dont have the star shaped tool

update.
cleaned all plugs and wiped them down and sanded them etc etc.
Car is just the same. Fires once or twice a second and thats it
Could it be the crank sensor? although i could drive it around after AGES of ignition/footdown etc etc.
