Once again though, they're not seeing speed and bad driving as different things.

Surely the biker wasn't at fault then though? He didn't seem to be going that fast (I wasn't looking at the speedo though, so I'm not sure), and the bloke in the Mondeo pulled out into his path?

Yeah, fair enough Robin, i didnt think he was going that fast, but he pulled between those to cars which were more than likely doing the NSL, and he seemed to accelerate pretty rapidly away from the cars, so by the time the Mondeo had pulled out, the bike was flying round the corner.
