If you look again, look at the condition, I bet it says Used next to it.

you usually get all the money back through paypal. they will just take the moneys out of his account immediately as paypal prefer buyers to sellers.

Paypal just make things up as they go along.

Currently they are holding about £300 in funds between me and two frinds claiming its could be an unauthorised transaction.

The stupid thing is all three of us live in the same house! They keep asking them to provide photo ID (because photo ID works really well over the internet!) and asking me if i sent them the item, even though i've told them three times it wasnt even for an ebay item in the first place. They keep refusing to call me (or them). I've provided them with my phone number three times so far.

I even called up and had a complain listed on my account to say that we all live in at the same address and that its not for an item, its just to pay for something i bought them on my credit card. Yet today they have emailed me again asking if i've posted the item yet and if i can provide more info. We're all getting really fucked off with paypal.

I'm just about to call them again to ruin someone elses day with my shouting.

I have a dispute on the go with some Immo from Bradford. He claims there is a broken bit on my PS2.

Now he's fucked off back home to wherever he comes from, and left the dispute open
