The time has come my current company want to move my £300pcm mortgage to £454, and they can GTF.

68k mortgage based on one person, however we will now be moving .... and going in joint names

Has anyone moved recently, or can reccommend a good company to contact?

I've looked on money supermarket and contacted my bank to start my inital enquiries. Preferably looking for fixed rate, fixed for first 2 - 3 years. Don't want any cashback unless its on a good deal

IFA got us a good deal with Abbey, fixed for 5 years but no charge within the 5 years for additional borrowing when we move to a bigger house in a year or 2

5.6% repayment basis, plus Richie will becoming joint owner

Just re negotiated mine, mortgage gone up 100 a month, paying nearly 1250 a month on my own!

Alliance and leicster arent bad, best thing is too see an independant financial advisor, get an impartial deal then...
