Does he have a french license?
Surely they can't ban him if it's a uk one

If that was true then you wouldnt need a license to drive in another country.....

Banned from driving in France for a month plus a £450 spot fine. Still ok to drive in the UK.

So I was correct then.
How can they put points or a ban on a uk licence?
Think about gumball rallys, all they do is pay the massive fines then do 200mph until the next fine, no bans or points.

At the moment I think there is nothing in place for points for getting caught speeding in another country using an International License but I think they're looking into changing that AFAIK.
When I come back to the UK I can drive on an International Driving License using my UAE License, and avoid all points
