my sister just got me one for christmas to help my guitar playing, theyre meant to build up wrist and arm strength..

just had a quick go and managed to get it going pretty fast for 5 mins.. now my arm is numb

anyone else got one?

Yeah, i think you can get ones with more 'hz' but they are for seasoned pro's

Build it up as much as possible with one hand, then switch it quickly to your dominant hand, and you'll get a better score.

I have gotten about 12,100 as my best but I have smallish hands and find it hard to grip. I tend to lose grip before I can fully reach my best score

Ive got one right next to me! I bought one for my dad last xmas too but he doenst know how to use it, yet i managed to teach my gran yesterday in about 30 seconds

im pretty much the same as that, once you have built up a fair speed, it starts slipping out my hand
