This is probably a stupid question,

But what is the lowest you can go standard shocks without problems?

And what is the lowest you can go on either corsa c sxi wheels or cav slabs without major work?

Thanks in advance and sorry if it is a stupid question.

Most people say that 40mm is the limit on standard shocks as the ride gets rough if you go lower. Cav slabs and sxi alloys will be fine as they are et49

I can't emplasise enough how much better it would to lower on shocks and springs. It makes a world of difference to the ride of a car.

I will do eventually, Its just I want it lowered but can't afford shocks at the moment, due to insurance etc.
