Hey guys, does anyone know how much "top-quartile remuneration" is?
I dont need massively specific values, just an idea please.
I know its a bit random but just wondered if anyone knew off hand.
Cheers

not sure mate, just want to know what top quartile ranges from if you get me.
Obviously there will be millionaires which raise the average but if i asked you the salary range what would you say? i.e 50-80k?

it can be both but its going to be a different figure for bankers and builders if you break it down.
its 70,000-80,000 Per Annum last time I saw a report on it compaired to the national wage of 22kish.
Got to rememeber although there are people earning mega bucjs there are alot more people earning miniuiem wage or just above.
If it was in the job application for salery will mean the salery scales is the top quarter for that industry.

Just a fancy way of saying that your salary is in the top 25% of all the salaries for that post across the industry.
Like above average salary - which is half way between highest and lowest, this is half way again upwards.
