I feel like im battling someone's new years party binge even though I dont drink!
All i had was a small tesco pizza about 4pm yesterday and since about 2am I have completely emptied my guts through my gob about 6 times and thru my arse countless times.
I cant keep any fluids down and feel fookin tired as hell.... but i keep waking up wretching. About 5 mins ago I got rid of at least 2 glasses of water that id been taking in
Anyone got any home remedies

It probably wasn't the pizza. You feeling really dizzy too? This time yesterday I was exactly the same, couldn't even keep water down! I missed all my Homonay parties etc. (I was gutted, literally!) But today I feel good as new!

I take that back, feel the dizzyness and high temp coming back on. Also feel totally exhausted again.

Sounds like when I had food poisoning... constant sickness & diarrhoea, and completely drained of energy, any water I drank came straight back up. Also woke up in a cold sweat, bed was soaking!
Dodgy fish was to blame in my case I think!

Ginger nuts or Cream Crackers
Then you'll hold fluids down, see if that works
If not it'll be messy coming back up

can get anti sickness drugs over the counter such as metoclopramide etc.
Not always the best thing though if you have food poisoning as the body is trying to rid itself of the problem so is sometimes best to let it run its course.
Just keep sipping fluids to avoid dehydration

I had this couple od days ago, seems my cousin passed it on to most of the family on boxing day!
woke in middle of night with stomach pains spewed up, got bit more broken sleep eventually got up, still feeling bit pants. Got signed for delivery, signed for it then had to run to sink and yacked up the entire contents of my stomach. The bout an hour or so later yacked up all the water i had drunk.
Ached all over and felt really weak the next day, feeling better now...took few days to get over though.
seems like must be a bug doing its nasty rounds round the country...

Buccastem, they are pretty good, but prescription only. Can buy Motilium over the counter, they should be quite good.
