A few weeks ago i cut my hair, from mid back length to just above my shoulders, then went and had it cut into layers so its quite short now

I hate having short hair, absolutely fucking hate it. I have clip in extensions for now, i cant have normal extensions because of the curl of my hair

How can i make it grow back quicker?

We are never happy with our hair, when its long we want it short. and when its short we want it long, same with colour and style

Doesn't cutting the tips stimulate hair growth? Like cutting about 5mm off.

its been cut already, about 2 weeks ago now.

No no, what I meant is that everyone's hair gets to a certain length by itself, after then you have to stimulate it by cutting the very tips.
