Was 'offered' 3 in March 2006 for speeding, contested it - won.

'offered' 3pts for skipping a red light in June 2007, rejected the 'offer' its due to time out very soon.

im not sure if my ticket was legal though.. he was on his own, had no hat on and no tie and i could see his tshirt/vest as his shirt was unbuttoned at the top..
