Buy a 2nd hand door from a Vauxhall Scrappy.

Have it sprayed

Fit it.

Donna had this done on Troy Corsa, cost total of about £100-150 to purchase door and have it sprayed and fitted.

Even as fully comp you wouldn't want to make a claim due to probably silly excess and loss of NCB.

Find a door at a scrappy

Whats your excess on your insurance?

Will probs be as cheap to fix it yourself out your own pocket, not tell the insurance, and the money you will save my keeping the NCB from this policy will repay come renewal time.

Tried this. It never sat right in the door area at all.

If you had NCB and Protected, you'd be ok. Its just your age probably, give it time, those NCB will come.

Or just don't drive your own policy for 2 years and loose 8 years NCB
