Basically I want "thepowells.co.uk" or something along those lines, but all seem to have been bought but not used.

Is there anything I can do?

Need to find the current owner and ask them. Most will want to charge you a fortune for it though.

OK, found that thepowells.co.uk has not been updated since March last year, but cannot find any contact details at all
