I requested a new mouse before Christmas. No response. I requested one upon my return. No response. I'm about to submit a third request.

Ever thought about going down to IT and asking for a new one.
Swapping a mouse really isn't a priority. Our HD makes people come down to the IT department with their old broken ones before they will give them another one.
