This morning i decided to fit some nice new blue LEDs behind my heater controls and into the MFD on my corsa b sxi 16v. When fitting an LED behind the heater control i turned it round and heard a little pop, then my battery light came on. so after i put it all back together, took it for a drive and none of the speedo, petrol gauge, revs or anythin works, and even worseeee no pwer steering anyone have any idea what it could be? iv checked the fuses and they are fine ..... any help would be much appreciated thanks, joe.

i had a similar problem, i took my dash out (i am presuming yours is an electrical dash rather than cable) and i lost all power to speedo revs temp and petrol guage
in the end it was some loose connecting wires somewhere - i took it to an auto-electrician to be honest - didnt cost much as he just reconnected the wires apparently!!
hope that helps a little mate
