As title, ive done this got a caution for not producing as i cant find the paper part. Ive now sent off for a new paper part but the women said it may go to Court now ... even though im excepting the 3 points and 60 pound fine...
Or any advice on what i should/can do.?

This happened to my old man although he was gettin banned and lost his paper licence.
Went to court, lawyer said that hes lost the paper part and requests the court contacts dvla. The judge jst postponed the hearing for a month till he got his paper part. dont know how this affects you.. jst lettin ye know what happened at the courts.

I had to go to court on Wednesday. 3 points and £60 fine, but then £44 court fees, then another £30 in other dees.

last time i had a producer i forgot to take my paper part of my licence they jus told me that they would pass the info on an i might get caution poss court but nothin ever happend. i had to send my licence off an everythin anyway cus i had it revoked

Yeah speeding. I didn't actually go to court. Couldn't be arsed with messing around, i just pleaded guilty by post and sent off my licence etc. Getting a producer is different to speeding. They taking speeding offences much more seriuosly

I wouldt be worried, when i handed mine in late, i asked them whats the worst that can happen, and it's just that they make you pay court fees. You won't get anymore points.
