Just been asked if I'll post one of my ebay items to Russia.
1. Is this going to be dodgy?
2. How much would it cost to send something weighing say 1Kg to Russia Via Airmail?

always slam some more ££ on though to make it worth it for urself.
aslong as the buyer has decent feedback which is legit you wont have a prob. I always get ppl asking if i will send mine abroad and overprice it by 2-3-4 quid to make it worth it. mine only weight 100 grams or so, so postage that would cost £3-£4 to somewhere i charge em £5-£8.

dont bother, its not traceable, and if its via paypal they can simply say i didnt get it when they did, theres no proof and they get the item and thier money
plus it costs a few quid to post.
dont bother
not worth it

Air mail tends to be recorded, make sure you get a tracking reciept and your covered.
My grandad sends parcels to Ukraine all the time, its just like sending something to spain etc in terms of cost.
Problem is when it gets there, the place is so corrupt, the recipient will prob have to bribe the postal worker with a bottle of vodka or cash just to get their parcel.
its the same with the police over there, they stop you for whatever reason, no fine just give them a backhander and your on your way.

You'd be surprised. Cost me £5 to send some footy tickets within the UK last week (albeit special delivery)
I'd make it £25, make it worth your while

I had to pay the baggage handlers in Ukraine to put my suitcase on the plane.
I only gave them £5 between 3 of them and my bags ended up half way around the world. Bastards! Got them back after about 4days
