Has anyone got any idea as to which will produce better power and can it be backed up with proof?

I used the Ecotec Pipe as i didnt want to chop away at the bulk head (I know people have fitted powercaps without cutting but my engine sits quite far back and even the ecotec pipe was a squeeze)

Mines a squeeze. I really wouldn't bother with a powercap mate if you have already fitted a ecotec pipe. Spend the money elsewhere
