Right, just read Ians competition thread in GC and it made me want to start a thread here to see what people have done on past Valentine days!
So what have you done before, either you taken someone out and done something special or where have you been taken etc? Also what presents did you get?

went out for breakfast then went to the zoo for the day then went out for dinner, i also got 6 long stem roses 'my fav! and 1 red rose and lovely box of choccies... that was my best valentines ever!

I think as a little side present for the girl i've been seeing lately i'm going to start writing down some of her fav songs she likes and ones that remind her of me or us and then design her a proper CD and get it printed, so it looks like a real CD etc but its also personal

This will be my 3rd Valentines with Colin 
Last two we chose a cosy night in together, I got some nice new undies, Colin cooked me a lovely meal and then .............................................

2 years ago, i cooked the misus (ex) dinner at my house, gave her her card and supprised her with 2 tickets to paris 2 days later, we flew out on the 16th and stayed all weekend.
Funily enough, she gave me my card and she had tickets for Dublin a month later

last year my bumper half fell off in the middle of Macclesfield town centre, in rush hour and I caused a 2 mile tail back; problem was it didn't fall off completely, just the sides so it was swinging into the wheels and ground.
To top it off, I'd cancelled my contract a week before and gone back to PAYG, but hadn't topped up the credit; so I was stuck until my missus phoned to ask why I wasn't home - 1.5hours later 
Made her come out to me [20miles away form home] with a roll of gaffa tape; spent the night fixing my car and ruined her plans

Taken a girl away a few times for valentines, once to lake district and once to posh hotel in manchester
Few little cheesy presents like roses and chocolates etc when get there, has to be done

Superbad on DVD, some bulmers and a curry
Underwear/flowers is overrated IMO! still nice thou!
