take off number plate on the rear and remove the spongy piece and then a long screwdriver through the hole and hit the bootlock catch and the boot should unlock, cant provide more detail as i dont know how it unlock it just nudge it with the screw driver

i would do passanger window as they cost less to replace

bend the top of the door then get a coat hanger in and pop the locks
