Do you really need it? How big are you, how often are you training and what are you lifting?

None of that is relevant. You could be 11 stone wet through, train once a week and lift 10kg and you'd still need to eat 5/6 times a day.
Or you could be 15 stone, well built and train 3x a week and lift 200kg, you still eat 5/6 times a day

I sometimes use MRP sachets at work if i'm late and didn't prep food or if i'm going out quickly and know i wont eat again for 2/3 hours

No.

Most of the people that go to the gym don't need this etc protein they are putting in to their bodies.

The amount of people that start a trhead asking for gym advice and get told they need to be taking supplements.

you can go to the gym, build up a little bit and all you need to do is eat properly and cut out the burgers etc and eat a higher protein diet that is varied.

The people that need the extra protein in their diet etc is the more serious trainer.

What about if the guy can't eat the correct food every 3 hours of the day? What if he works in an enviroment where he can't eat it when he wants? Thats where a MRP shake comes in handy and you can neck one in 1min

Again, why does he need food every 3 hours? The regular gym goer that goes to the gym 3-4 times a week doesn't need it. The same eating habits but more care taken in to what is in the diet is enough.

Your fighting a losing battle here mate

Every person should eat every 3 hours, no matter how thin or fat you are, its clinically proven that its the best for you, your metabolism slows right down after 2/3 hours, you need it to keep going. Its not just for fat loss.

Yes you can lose weight eating 3 times a day like normal and hitting the gym, but all your doing is burning muscle (which slows metabolism down more) and then your metabolism is shit, so you'll have a shit metabolism and will gain weighjt back easy.

It depends on what you want from it.

A healthier lifestyle 3 healthy sqaure meals a day is fine.

If your taking your training then yes every 3 hours.

Your healthy with a good metabolism and one that works, i'd hate to have a shit metabolism that can't fight fuck all in my body, end up being ill all the time etc.

I'm going to stop arguing though, you probablly know more than me..

No I agree with you. But for the average person its extra expense, slighty more hassle than just having a health diet with three meals a day.
