jus got a 4 branch manifold for my 1.2 8v corsa b! but there is no treaded hole for the lambda sensor?! should i jus discard the lambda sensor or try to bodge it in and fuck it up? suggestions appriciated!

Drill a hold on the manifold and weld a nut in place then screw the lamba sensor in place

drill a 14mm hole just after the primaries join, weld on a lambda boss and job done.

You may also need a new heated oxygen sensor.
As its a fair distance away from the head.
Normal sensors dont work well down there.

nah should be fine i reckon.
all ive done is what's been said. Got meself an alloy nut so it doesnt rust too much on the manifold. drilled a hole big enough for the lamba and welded it in place.
