The old chestnut of the roundabouts clear and you assume they're going but they dont.
My fault, cant really see any damage to mine, the honda accord had a bit of trim loose on the rear bumper and some scratchs, probably pay for it out my pocket unless its very pricey.

I hate people who don't go when it's clear. They stop on the line then look, rather than have a clear look on approach with the intention to stop.
Had a few close calls but sounds like you got unlucky Steve. Worst is when the brake lights go off then jam back on

I have been on the receiving end of it in my old corsa as well. Except they did it quite hard and made it impossible to open the boot and creased the floor
Didnt stop either reported the reg to the police but never heard anything of it
Least in your case it sounds like there were too sound parties involved and it was minor

I did the same 6 months ago damaged the front of my corsa quite badly and scratched his bumper
Have you asked him not to go through insurance?
