well after my car got lowered my exhaust rattles at the back when im idling or going over a hump
is it an easy fix i can do myself or does it need new pipes?

no doubt rattling on the rear axle, mine does that an I just get over it lol.
You can probably move the pipe around a bit, or fit some harder rubber mounts that dont flex as much. Its fairly common when they have been lowered.

yeah its been like that for a couple month but ive just passed my test and im in my car more and its annoying
aspecialy when poepl look at me after i go over a bump

either twist exhaust where it meets centre, or wrap something around the axel to stop it making a noise

Check it not just the exhaust clamp thats rattling on the axle (the one that joins the back box to the centre section) if so just move the clamp around until you get no rattles
