Made no consistant difference in testing, sometimes they got an extra 20 mins or so, other times not.

I'd also like to add I hate apple, I just like that advert, thats why it was posted here and not geek day.

Step backwards TBH I hardly ever use my CD Drive on my Mac so I wouldnt be bothered. Plus you can get a drive for it as an optional extra too.

All the macs are intel now.

Apple went to intel with the design for that laptop, and said, Make this, and MAKE IT FIT.

Apples are such fucking gimmick's.
