This happened this week in a town not far from me, lovely Skelmersdale. The story goes that the shopkeeper locked up his shop and as he got into his car the robber threw a brick through his windscreen, the shopkeeper got out and a struggle ensued which ended with the robber getting stabbed. my dad was saying the robber is well known to the police in skem as being abit of a bad egg, countless armed robberies etc, classic case of what goes around comes around.
theres abit of a story here

Suspicion of murder?
There's a struggle and the lad dies of a single stab wound from his own knife.
I reakon the shop keeper has a good self defense case.

my dad was saying it'll be investigated before it goes to court. more than likely they'll find it was self defence and be let off, and quite rightly so
