How much will (potentially) two new wheels, two new tyres, two new inner tubes and a pair of brake pads and brakes adjustment cost? At somewhere like Halfrauds?

Deano you might be the person to ask actually you are into biking arent ya? When I ride in a straight line without pedalling at speed I can feel the bike kicking as the wheel goes round, have I bent one or both of them? Lol
Im going to need at least a new back tyre because it has no treat left whatsoever and the sidewalls are going all furry where the rubber is ripping a think. Also my front brake when I squeeze it is always high pitched squeaky  So ive been using only my back brake (which is why ive got no rubber left and why I need a new brake pad for it  )

What type of bike are we talking? The prices I quoted are for the basic of basic.
You either have a buckled wheel or an egged wheel - both can be fixed by tightening and loosening the spokes. But if it's a cheap wheel and extremely buckled, the best bet is a new one.
As with squeaky brakes - are they v-brakes? Could be contaminated discs/pads from the wet weather. Anything really.

Hmm, its a gents mountain bike, Ridgeback is the make of it
As far as brakes go they are just bog standard pads that squeeze the wheel rim, no discs etc

Could be 1 of about 3 things tbh 
You can take it to Halfords but they charge a lot. I should imagine you'll have a good bike shop in Lincoln.

Well i got one of those Free Bike Safety check vouchers from my Frosties box a while ago thats still in date but its so unsafe ive never dared take it lol incase they say I need a new bike

You won't need a new bike.
And they are v-brakes by the looks of it.
And that has 700c wheels, so wheels & tyres might be a bit more expensive.

right heres how you do it...
get on your push bike and ride it like normaly get to a staight bit of road that you know quite well, look down where your can see the brakes the wheel and the fork. If you line it up just right you will see that the wheel will run parreall (sp) with the fork if the wheel is bent you will clearly be able to see it moving left to right.
same goes for the back wheel lol

Deano, I only say new bike because this one cost me like £80, if its uneconomical to fix the bastard might as well dump it lol, I can pick up another shitta for £30 in the local paper

Ive just searched for '700c' on ebay and people are putting in the titles 'Tubeless'? These wheels tubeless then?
Edit - is it hard to change a tyre or do you need specialised machinery like you do for car tyres?

tyres are piss easy on bike u can use screw drivers (dont reccomand it)
or use bike tyre lerver things lol

Just turn ure bike upside down, and spin the wheels, should be easy to see if its buckled or not
Easyist thing to do would be to take it to a decent bike shop, and they will help

No, they most definitely would be tubeless. Even if they are, you can put inner tubes in.

a half decent wheel will be £40-60.

I checked the way Pucci said and the back wheel has some sort of kink in it, whether its actually the rim bent or not I dont know, Ill take it to a bike shop when I can be arsed, ive put up with it for about 2 months now so another few months wont hurt

Brakes can be a easy job if sqeeling get some brake cleaner on a rag or meths and rub the wheel wall were the brake blocks make contact do this all away round both sides and you should notice alot of brake dust on them now disconnect the v - brakes check the pads arnt near the wear line if they arnt get a file and file the top layer of both pads off to reveal fresh compound no finaly when connecting the v - brake back up make sure the pads allign right and are nice an tight, now the squeeling should of stopped if it hasnt then you will need to pads
