it's a blistein kit shocks and springs just wondering should the spring have tension in it when fully tightened up or should you beable to move the springs up and down?

erm...
if just a normal spring/damper setup it should be tight with the wheels jacked up and the suspension not under tension.
Coilovers sometimes have loose springs tho

sounds like the springs are too short for the dampers then, were they bought as a kit or separate?

how much movement up/down are we talking here? or can you just turn the springs a bit?

It's a bilstein kit 60mm

Its not unusual for springs which lower a car so much to become loose when the shock is at full length
|
