heres the problem. i started my engine and all of a sudden there was a cloud of smoke come out from the bonnet. so i turned it off and took a look. and i found that the wires from the lamba sensor had snapped and were touchin each other. the result is this -

this is as it goes into the loom

this is into the clip for the lamba sensor
can someone help me and let me no if i need to get a new loom or will be able to strip it bak into the loom and repair the wires.
any help will be muchly appreciated.

cant tell the damage by the pics. im gathering the wires are melted?

yea mate the wires hav melted together. the wire is still melted further down the loom but stops so far down. id rather not buy a new loom because it would mean modifying it again as its in my corsa.
