There cheap shitty cars. Seating in them is awfel. Interior is awful. Looks is awful, Drives awful, Leg roof is amful, Road noise is loud, Rattles like fuck.

On the bright side, It can over take tractors safely.

Piles of wank. I had a megane Coupe and it was a good car. I hate Hyundai.

They are good cars, you get loads of warranty brand new and are generally good runners.

Only problem is they dont hold there value very well

No, its a Korean car full stop, what happens if VW build a cheapish coupe, its not exactley german pretending to be Jap is it.

Just because Korea is near Japan doesnt mean they cant have their own unique car industrys does it.

Wether its Renault or not, It is still a better car than the Hyundai Coupe, Hence the larger market/sales of the Megane Coupe over the Hyundai Coupe.

And currently i drive a New Mini? Thats funny how? Because im 4 years younger than you and drive a nicer car or because your 24 and drive a Corsa

the wife used to have a 1.6 auto 1998 r reg, was nice enough, decent to drive but i think the 2 litre would be a better bet.

i would ignore timberlands comments up near the top, they are decent cars for the money, but he obviously thinks he knows everything about every car

a friend had one which we took to Le Mans in 2006. It was one of the original shape ones. Don't remember the engine it had, but it held a very good average speed and seemed pretty economical on the long haul.
Was comfy for 3 people and crap loads of luggage to travel hundreds of miles, and kept 'touring pace' with some much more expensive cars.

He's just traded it for a 190 celica, but says he still misses the Hyundai.

very good cars. i'd have one.

Captain Rosco off here has one.

I like it, it's got leather interior, nippy enough, handles alright, more 'grown up' than a corsa / hatchback etc.

and for the money he paid he got a bargain!

I remember coming out of work one day with dave and a girl from work... My 106 gti was sitting there all shiny, and dave's hyundai coupe was sitting next to my car.

And she was like 'wow, is that your car dave?... ' - he was like 'yup' ... she was like 'seriously?' ... hah... the 106 was just a shitbox in her eyes (because it is... ) - but at the time my car was worth about 3 times the amount of daves.

nova_gtek that'd look a lot better if it was blended in so it didn't look like a kit, and looked liked it was from standard.
