I have for sale a complete C20let, done roughly 95000 miles but had bottom end rebuild less than 3000 miles ago. Selling the engine due to car being in accident and has been written off.
Only parts damaged in accident was intercooler and radiator & fan. Will come with a new std intercooler with sale.
Spec of engine
94 C20let engine, never been chipped. was rolling roaded before bottom end rebuild at 211 bhp at wheels with just K&N air filter, SS exhaust. Printout to prove
Bottom end rebuild - Block bored out to 86.5mm and rehoned, Mahle forged 86.5mm pistons fitted, Polished & Balance crank, flywheel, conrods, clutch housing. Regal uprated rod bolts fitted. New bearings, shells etc. Cost just under £1000 with reciept.
Turbo fully rebuilt in Feb 07 by Turbo centre, Blade housing enlarged and fitted with bigger internals, Uprated regal actuator, still under warranty i believe. Still have reciept. Turbo never been above 10psi of boost.
Coscast cylinder head stipped down & rebuilt in Nov 06, chemically cleaned all valves and lifters cleaned and reseated. New set of exhaust valves & lifters fitted Jun 07
Full cam belt kit, alternator belt, oil filter, regal 1.9mm head gasket, new rocker cover gasket
inlet & exhaust manifold gasket, new dizzy arm, new dizzy cap, new coolant temp sensor, new hot start valve all fitted when bottom end rebuild was done.

Solid running engine, ideally ready for tuning as that was my plan. New car force's sale.
All reciepts will come with the engine.
