Astra cdx alloys, do v6 vectra discs / callipers fit ok?

i doubt the calipers will do it mate, these are gsi brakes which are 285

ive got v6 brakes on with cav gsi wheels ive got bout 2-3mm spare, but these wheels have a large face

I THINK they're 308mm?

tom simes off here's car. I believe he needed to file down the calliper to get them on?

simple - no

v6 288's yes, on most 15" wheels, but not all

Nope they wont mate. 288mm will (Turbo/V6 brakes)

Guessing tom's were 288mm then, there's some in the scrappy down here, which is why i asked

bugger me thats a tight fit, its not impossible just may end up spending a long time with the file thats all, if you think about it its just 1cm either side of mine, so the calipe would be a cm closer to the wheels so yes very tight fit

Havnt got 15's at the moment 14's are still on the corsa, plus the corsa is in the garage

Mine are 288's Alex, and needed a fair bit of 'reshaping' to get them to fit, work well though

You'll get 308s under if they're in a Hi-Spec kit, V6 calipers and 308s won't go.

I agree with Robin, those aren't 285's for definite, they are 256's.

308's go on if they have seperate bells and a well spaced wheel, otherwise they wont.

I have 305mm discs with reyland 4pot calipers under 15's. ET49 offset. Comp MO's are the best wheels for brake clearance I found.
