Chickens the best from what i've read, too much tuna is bad for you especially tinned tuna which is higher in mercury and can poison you if you eat loads. Eggs as well are bad in excess, full of cholestrol and can cause a highly acidic excess of protein.

Pasta is carbs.
I have whey after the gym though as a recovery. It also doubles as my tea.

Past and rice are both carbs ( as said )
I eat brown rice as its slow digesting and releases energy slower through out the day,
I eat chicken and rice 2wice a day for dinner ( one at 11 one at 3 then have turkey/beef/chicken as my main tea
eat small and often if your after putting muscle weight on

Its the same for losing weight. Little and often.
I have about 5 small meals a day.
Breakfast, mid-morning, lunch, pre work out, post work out.

I think I might go onto brown rice for a bit. Getting a wee bit bored of my dry tuna.

They are not.
The protein is too complex when its uncooked (apparently). Also you run the risk of salmonella.
