Jambo has a bad back.

Woke up on saturday and had a very sore back (as well as a fucking cold/cough ) , had dont no strenuous excersise or anything, i dealt with it and the pain dulled down a bit. On sunday it seemed to be less painfull.

Back to work yesterday and was wearing new shoes, and my back was painfull all day but not too bad. Then when i woke up this morning it had spread to my neck, lower back and just about everywhere.

I dont know what ive done to it

I have done some stretches and hat a VERY hot bath and it seems a little looser, any tips to make it better ??

Never think you are wasting doctors time mate, thats what they are paid to do. Tell you there is nothing wrong or fix whatever is wrong.

Unless its bad aids, then your screwed

lyin on a firm surface rather than a matress is a good idea. if you are gonna be walking about take some strong painkillers. you dont want to be holding yourself rigid either as that can make it worse.

i get back pain quite often. goes back to an old hockey injury and then a car crash a few weeks later. it'll last for 2 or 3 days and the pain can be so bad that i feel like i'm gonna be sick. yours sounds more muscular rather than spinal though. just try to keep loose and it should ease up soon.

I was in bed one night (on my own) and i sneezed and slipped a disc.

I now have Sciatica (do a google) which sends shooting pains down from ur ass cheek to ur calf muscles and gets bit annoying. Gets worse in cold weather, and apparently i will NEVER get rid of it.

Look after yer back peeps!

got a slipped disc and a trapped nerve in my back, my back plays up every now and again so i go to the docs and he gives me stronger and stronger painkillers, sometimes i cant even stay awake, but tbh im glad they are strong because it can be excrutiating (sp) at times.

Dude my back has been killing me for the past 4 days or so. Started when I got to my girlfriends, it hurts in my chest aswell and breathing feels tight. Problem not the same as what you have. Just bit weird. Went to the walk in at southampton but they didnt know what it was and said I need to go to my gp to be referred for further testing which is what im doing tomorrow

doctors will just hand out pain pills and pills to relax your muscles not much else they can do, they may even refer you to a pain clinic to help you deal with pain - very helpful i think not
