I paid for an irmscher splitter 10 days ago now, i still havent recieved it. i gave it a week then emailed the seller, he said he couldnt dispatch it untill his money cleared from paypal into his bank account, as he couldnt afford £9.00 postage now its been 10 days am i being a drama queen or should i start thinking about refunds etc?

Im having my own ebay problems

brought some depo's on the 1st march and ive still not got them. Payment cleared more than 1 week ago and he sad he has sent them, but ive still not got them.

And ive just logged in on ebay and now it says there is an unpaid ited dispute

Im getting abit fucked off!
