iv herd these mentiond a few times do they reallly improve running or help in any way also whare can i get some from as mine can get prety toasty in trafic

Nope. You have a fan which is there for when it gets too hot. The car is made to run at a certain temp. If all is running correctly, it shouldn't need one. The car uses water temp to map itself.
Bit of a gimmick. Had a cool stat in my XE, ran 10x better with a standard one in.

I never understand why people want to make their engines run cooler than what they're deigned for?
You wont do yourself any favours at all mate. Leave it as it is.

im just a lil woried it takes ages to get up to temp 70% of the time its bellow 90 and when in trafit it rushes up think my stat may be blocked or air lock
