Just give it a genral clean up and maybe paint or polish up the rocker cover. simple but nice and effective

the car is smoke grey, i would like to spray parts of the engine, but what colour ???? i was thinking red or purple i will also do that rear brake drums the same colour. And the calipers

I used wet and dry paper, start with like 400/600, go down to 1200/1500, then some autosol or other metal polish.
