I aint got a clue what the switched live wire colours are but with a multimeter you will soon find them!
EDIT: Alternatively put a lighter in your door bin, thats what I would do as I am a lazy cunt!

they are directly behind and underneath the stereo, you should remove your stereo, and the fag lighter unit, also taking out the under glovebox shelf will give you more room, the wires are heavily taped up on the loom which is about 1 inch thick so you cant see them, but you can feel them out, then ust start stripping off some tape untill they come out, worked for me anyways

i had the heater panel out, stereo out and ash tray out and still couldnt find them.. i couldnt feel the plug in the loom either
as for a lighter in the door pocket... thats not going to charge a sat nav

if u take out the gluv box ther is a loom runing across ther is a thick ish black purple wire tap on 2 that its a swich live and then get a erath from the chasy hop that helps m8
