i got my new phone from an o2 shop on saturday 5th of this month and i'm not happy with the phone and i want to take it back and cancel the contract. will i have any problems in doing this? the contract doesnt start until the 17th of this month anyway so i wont have used any credit. any help/advice appreciated!
