My mate has been looking at standalone management from jam-sport as well has other companies.
He is worried that once fitted and mapped will his speedo, rev counter, temp guage. etc. work as he has been told that they do not and you have to pay extra.
Is this the case.

get megasquirt. not only will the temp gauge and speedo not work, the engine wont either.

53 plate 1.8 Sri corsa c. Why delete it? Im not slagging off their business just wondered as a whole will he lose them features.

because usally FAO posts arent allowed, and your get a better service contacting jamsport directley in work hours

you should be able to get around it so that everything works properly, only point to remember is that the c has a fly by wire throttle, so that would need converting to a cable system if he wanted the system fitting asap, however we are working on being able to use the fly by wire with the pro x ecu, its pretty much there, just needs testing

yea thats the one. has a 4 branch aswell and everything seems to have gone downhill since that.

has he checked to see if his lambda sensors are damaged, they sometimes get damaged by the swarf o nthe thread of the lambda hole
