Hi people,

I've looked through the other threads about this and they all say the same thing which isn't helpful to myself,

I have had the following done:

- Tracking (2 weeks ago)
- Balancing (1 month ago)
- Spigot rings (managed to get the right size ones)

But I have absolutely no idea what else it could be???

Anything to do with the suspension or brakes etc?

Any info is greatly appreciated

Thanks

Ash

I believe the guy who owned them before me did, but I have put both of the "bad" alloys on the back... I shouldn't feel that through the steering wheel surely..!?

see if it still does it when you change the wheels.

check tyre pressures! I had untolde problems with my gls im running astra gsi 'blade' wheels, and if you dont have them pumped up to 2.5 bar then the wheel wobble is crazy, they have been ballanced, by myself, tracked by myself, and it is all good there.

I had a defect in one of my tyres once, It would still balance ok but it had a bulge in it. Only way you could see it was to jack the front wheens up and put it in gear and start it, you will soon see if youve got a bent wheel or naf tyre

it could be anything from brake discs that are warped or maybe a bad casting in a tyre

Yea the worse tyres are on the back (Don't see how that would affect the steering wheel tho?)

My mate has got a couple of flat spots on his alloys and they have no effect on his steering wheel?

I just don't want to make loads of adjustments to my car and find its still fucked

It shakes when braking or not so I don't think it's the discs (however they do need replacing )
