Right tried searching, and although found a kind of 'how to', just wondering how easy actually is it to paint your calipers yourself? Especially when theyre a bit on the rough side? Or where can you get them done for reasonable price? Rang few places and no where seems to do them. Anyone on here (local) do them?

you can just do them yourself mate, if you've already got the paint, then it should tell you how to clean them up and then paint them lol mate

Easy.

Get a brake painting kit & a wire brush.

1 - Take wheel off
2 - Use wire brush to get all the crap off, along with the 'brake cleaner' in the kit
3 - once you're happy that it is smooth enough apply your 1st coat with a brush
4 - leave to dry, apply 2nd coat
5 - leave to dry again, then apply your 3rd coat
6 - After the paint is dty, apply a coat of laquer.

job done.
