i fitted a new bosch part. do you need to reset the ecu values of the old valve? i read it in haynes manual? i didnt have any ecu light on untill i changed it as my idle was shit with the old one on but still shit with the new one on!! also fitted new bosch afm

Yes, you need to reset the learned values and learn block with tech 2

I dont think so, its just a main vauxhall diagnostic machine reseting function.

I have similer problem how much was it to change te idle valve and afm? if you dont mind me asking just want to ge a figure together to sort it,

it was 126 quid for them both including p+p from LMF vauxhall and they was genuin bosch items.
