With me being a student and my GF on £14k the budget was tight. But Colonia managed to find us this beauty

The street / area isnt great but every room inside the house is brand new completely redone. From carpets/tiles to ceilings in every room its all new, including new units in the kitchen and the bathroom. The estate agent showing me round couldnt understand why the landlord only wanted £450pcm, she said it would have easily fetched £525/£550, but oh well
Cant wait to move in 9th May now, got most the furniture sorted and being delivered

Its not the greatest area, and I know onstreet parking is a bitch but weve got a shitter of a car so doesnt matter if it gets damaged, and the thing that swinged it was everything inside is brand new and the price of it
