Right
Who has been to the ring?
What went wrong with your car?
What condition where your brakes and tyres like after you left?

Me
I stuffed it into a barrier. lol
Brakes suffered a bit, tyres were fine.
IMO unless you know the circuit you'll put less wear on your tyres and brakes than you'd do at a normal UK trackday.

Me
Nothing really apart from serious brake fade
Brakes and tyres were ok, tyres do suffer a fare bit, as do the brakes.
Change them before you go and you will be fine

This were me point too. Ive bin studying alot of vids and there is some points where you go 40 secs at least without touching the brakes so give them chance to cool off (loose about 2degrees )
But ner i were thinking like donnington (last time i went on track) you never really glance the brakes...its always full on due to the style of the track. But on the ring you see alot of folk just glancing on the brakes as there are some mild, long sweeping corners!

A Nova Turbo 5 years ago Been plenty of times since and your right, the brakes do get time to cool off but if your new to the track you find yourself riding them alot. Just check theres plenty of pad left before you go. If in doubt change them

broke my clutch...
After being bored and unable to fix my car, I just got it into 4th gear and drove it out there without changing gears
4th gear covered most of it except the slow tight parts and the high speed sections.
