Argh starting to get rather pissed off now

Working on a mates new forum that hes got for his games site,

Now the background blue i have been trying to change to white to go with the rest that i managed to do but i just cannot get the bloody top half done

can anyone help? what the fook am i doing wrong?

You should be able to change the background colour in the CMS for the board, if not it will be in the .CSS style sheet file in the section called body{}.
