I got my speedline alesios finally fitted on saturday, they look wicked on my black corsa.

Just to let people now in order for me to get the centre caps on i had to use 3mm spacers on the front, and 6mm spacers on the back along with longer bolts for the bak alloys.

So the above info is for people planning to get these alloys fitted to there cars.

Do they foul the arches at the rear with the spacers?

you dont need spacers on the rear if you take the hub nut cover off

Infact, if you take all the hub nut covers off you dont need spacers at all!!

Yeah, thats what I did...

Whats the reason for the spacers - so you don't have to take the nut cap off?

why? the only thing behind there is a goodjun pin which should be bent over anyway

Droped on 40mm pi springs no arch fouling.

did he sell you the spacers??

i can tell you now, ive had mine fitted without spacers and hub nut caps for ages and had no problems at all

well one small problem when i fitted my v6 brakes

I just buffed down the axle at front to get the caps on

mine dont need any spacer and mines all the way down on coilovers with no fouling

the backs of some of the older speedlines are diffrent to the newers but thats were the fowl the calipers i had that on my black sport 2 must have been a oilder set as the backs were diffrent
