It still keeps randomly coming on 
for example earlier I was doing 40 in 5th and accelerated to 50 and it bloody came on!!!!
No signs of idling issues or any problems with the engine!? 
I think its more of an annoyance over a worry as afaik its the EGR Valve playing up and I can't be arsed to sort it yet...
anyone got any ideas?

Probably EGR.
When mine had a dodgy EGR it used to do this. And also come on if coasting down form say 80-90mph.

Never did it from 100+ though. Very strange.

Never caught tbh....
As above though, if it comes on then goes off shortly after ignore it if its runnign ok.

It doesn't go off unless I turn off the car and turn it back on again!!
Me doing IT the good old restart it and it should be fixed lol

yeah mine did this randomly with a known egr fault,i chose to get a new egr and it sorted it.
