just finished putting my LET in my corsa and it runs fine but is overheating, the fan is kicking in nice and early due to a cool running switch but the bottle is just boiling over. The interior heater is cold even when its going into the 100's so i know there is an air lock somewhere. ive bleed it by completely filling the bottle then running it with the cap on and off but still no joy. the thing im not 100% with is the turbo pipes. when its nearly going into the red the one hose is red hot and barely touchable but the other pipe is hot but alot colder than the other one. my turbo pipes are connected: 1 from the radiator outlet to the turbo and the other is from the other side of the turbo to the expansion bottle. also you can't see the water going from the turbo back into the bottle. ALL HELP APPRECIATED

The pipes sound as if theyre on ok, you should bleed it by taking the temp sensor out and filling it until water comes out the hole then put the sensor back, fill it up and start it.
Are all your other pipes on correctly to the right places?
